We are dedicated to mapping the spatial and functional omics of proteins—spanning PTM regulation, subcellular localization, and their dynamic remodeling in health and disease. Through the development of curated data resources and innovative computational tools, we investigate how these protein dynamics drive tumor initiation and progression. Our ultimate goal is to translate these findings into clinical contexts, uncovering novel targeting strategies and mechanistic insights for cancer intervention.
